We advocate for local ingredients wherever you are.
Example Schedule
Two-Day Package: Thai cooking for beginner
(Join class with Thai group with translator)
Day 1 4 pm. Pick up from Chiangmai city
5 pm. Arrival at Yao’s house
6:30 pm. Dinner
(You can also arrival the next day (day 2 at 9 am)
Day 2 Morning : Ingredients tasting and how to use
Afternoon : Making Soup and Salad
Day 3 Morning : Making Curry paste
Afternoon : Making Curry
(You can choose to leave after dinner on day 3 or leave the next day in the morning)
Note* For this Thai group that you will join the class with them they will stay for another 1 more day to learn more dishes for example grilling, deep fried and stir-fry. If you design to do one more day we will give you the special price. Please let us know if you are interests
